1. Who we are

AverGames ("we", "us") operates https://avergames.com/, an independent fan-made site offering free Roblox game tools, calculators, codes, tier lists, and guides. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or any game developer.

2. Information we collect

AverGames does not require an account. We do not ask you to create a login or store gameplay profiles on our servers.

• Usage data (via analytics). We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PN0CK607ZC) to understand aggregate traffic — for example pages viewed, approximate location derived by Google, device/browser type, and referral source. Google may set or read cookies and similar technologies as described in Google's policies.
• Information you send us. If you email us or contact us through listed channels, we receive the content of that message and your contact details so we can respond.
• Local browser storage. Some interactive tools may store preferences or calculator inputs in your browser (for example localStorage) so settings persist on your device. That data stays on your device unless you clear it.
• Server / hosting logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and similar technologies may be used by us and by third parties (such as Google) to operate analytics, measure site performance, and — when advertising is enabled — deliver and measure ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect analytics accuracy or ad personalization; core tool pages remain usable without an account.

4. Advertising

AverGames may display ads from Google AdSense or other authorized advertising partners to keep tools free. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, limit how often you see an ad, and measure effectiveness. Our tools are aimed at a general audience interested in Roblox games. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating user accounts. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to us directly (for example by email) may contact contact@avergames.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Advertising and analytics partners may have their own age and personalized-ads restrictions; where required we rely on those partners' controls.

8. Retention and your choices

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics property settings and Google's retention options. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. 9. International visitors

AverGames is operated for a global audience. If you access the site from outside the country where our hosting or service providers process data, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
